SIM® (Simple Incident analysis method)
During the training the focus is on learning how to work with the SIM® method. This method is easy to grasp and applied as investigation – and analysis method. The method’s goal is to look for the underlying causes. This method is exceptional applicable at less severe incidents. The method is unique because of its simplicity and the fact that is does not ask for causes but also indicates what interventions (recommendations) should be in place to prevent the incident from reoccurring. The Tripod Beta method is in comparison with SIM® applied to the more severe incidents.

At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Perform and deliver an investigation of an uncomplicated incident , leading to descriptions of the sources of the identified problem and suggested remedial actions
- Deliver a comprehensive report of the same
