TST: Tripod Software Training
One day interactive software practicum workshop with peers.
PPO: Incident Management Planning and Preparation for the organization
A one day interactive seminar dealing with organizational readiness for Incident response.
MAS: Management Awareness session
Half day (max) seminar dedicated to addressing key incident response issues for senior managers.
PPI: Tripod Beta Planning and Preparation workshop
A intensive, onsite two day workshop where a Tripod Assessor/coach helps the customer’s local team completely analyze and communicate learning’s from an incident, including Management Awareness Session.
MRT: Refresher Training
Highly interactive 2 day workshop with peer- experienced Tripod Beta practitioners, with strong focus on practice and experience exchange.
