AdviSafe is specialised in retaining a safe working environment by preventing incidents and, if an incident occurs, we help organisations to minimize the consequences. AdviSafe uses and provides training on different tools and methodologies to help identify the failures in organisations that threaten the continuity of key business processes. AdviSafe can support and facilitate the investigation and analysis of operational disturbances in order to prevent their recurrence. Through our incident investigation training, we provide our customers with solutions for a systematic and structured process of incident investigation and analysis that:
- Makes unknowns and uncertainties visible during the investigation;
- Provides insight into the effectiveness of control mechanisms;
- Enables more efficient use of resources, by allocating them for correcting identified Underlying Causes.
Depending on preferences and requirements, each training module can be facilitated in an “public class” format, as well as in an “in-company” format. By adding a more modular approach, our aim is to provide customers with more choice and flexibility.
We provide incident investigation training in a number of methods, such as: Tripod, Kelvin TOP-SET, SIM and TRACK.
Tripod Beta Introduction Training
In order to embed Tripod Beta incident analysis in an organisation all layers of the organisation should be acquainted with the background of the Tripod theory. To enhance its effectiveness some basic understanding about the process and objectives of the Tripod Beta analysis methodology will help to appreciate the tool. To this effect a Tripod Beta Introduction Training has been developed.
Tripod Beta Practitioner, CPT
Our Tripod Beta Training teaches participants the Tripod theory and approach, and how to investigate and analyse operational disturbances. In addition, the supporting software facilitates the analysis of, and reporting on operational disturbances by the investigation team. It helps to explicitly identify underlying causes and take corrective action, improving process and safety performance.
Tripod Beta Accreditation
The Stichting Tripod Foundation, the quality controlling body for Tripod, defined a certification system for Tripod Beta users (practitioners), trainers and assessors.
Tripod Beta Refresher training
This refresher offers the users of Tripod Beta a meaningful opportunity to refresh their knowledge of the methodology (day 1) as well as an (optional) occasion to deepen their insights by utilizing their own case studies (day 2).
Tripod Beta Master Class
Public, two day. This Master Class provides an opportunity to share your own experiences and challenges with other Tripod Beta practitioners from various backgrounds. Moreover, this Master Class offers an opportunity to get acquainted with the latest Tripod insights and developments.

Bovendien worden deelnemers tijdens deze Master Class volledig bijgepraat over de meest recente Tripod inzichten en ontwikkelingen.
