Incident Management
AdviSafe is specialised in retaining a safe working environment by preventing incidents and, if an incident occurs, we help organisations to minimize the consequences. AdviSafe uses and provides training on different tools and methodologies to help identify the failures in organisations that threaten the continuity of key business processes. AdviSafe can support and facilitate the investigation and analysis of operational disturbances in order to prevent their recurrence. Through our incident investigation training, we provide our customers with solutions for a systematic and structured process of incident investigation and analysis that:
- Makes unknowns and uncertainties visible during the investigation;
- Provides insight into the effectiveness of control mechanisms;
- Enables more efficient use of resources, by allocating them for correcting identified Underlying Causes.
Depending on preferences and requirements, each training module can be facilitated in an “public class” format, as well as in an “in-company” format. By adding a more modular approach, our aim is to provide customers with more choice and flexibility.
We provide incident investigation training in a number of methods, such as: Tripod, Kelvin TOP-SET, SIM and TRACK.
