Train
As soon as the theoretical knowledge is gained, it is time for the next step in the process: learning skills by means of training. During training the participants are given coaching and guidance to ensure the optimal level of preparation in their role and responsible tasks in the Emergency Response organisation. AdviSafe has experience in a wide range of training methods:
- Training of individual roles (e.g. Incident Commanders, HSE coordinators, Log Keepers);
- Training of Emergency Response teams (effectively acting as a crisis team);
- Training more specifically on topics like Crisis Communications and Public Relations.
The training activities mainly take place in-house but AdviSafe can also provide facilities at one of its offices.
