The role of the Internal Mentor is crucial in ensuring that the candidates get the guidance needed during their NVQ3 process. The responsibility of the Internal Mentor is supporting the NVQ3 candidate in relation to theoretical, mental as well as organisational aspects. Selecting the most suitable candidates for this role within your organisation and giving them all the right knowledge and information to support the NVQ3 candidate is important. Therefore we offer our help in selecting the right people and provide them with a 1, 5 day training in which they get all the knowledge, skills and enthusiasm needed to fulfil this role.
