Summary & Objectives

Making the move into a supervisor's position can be demanding. Not only does this person need technical skills, a (senior) operator also needs to be able to supervise a team of own and/or contractor personnel. This may require new or improved skills that enable the supervisor to get optimum results through his team members. Once a person’s ability to become a competent supervisor and his readiness for this new role has been identified by the organisation, this intensive training provides guidance on how to build and develop personal leadership skills needed when moving into a supervisory role.

The training Efficient Leadership and Communication Skills consist of different modules in relation to communication, leadership skills and personal effectively. During the whole process, the delegate is supported by means of a coaching trajectory. The training is concluded by an assessment. The complete trajectory will take place over a period of 9 to 12 months.
