Summary & Objectives

This training module is meant for all future operators new to your organisation. This one week training module will give the future operators the necessary insight into your organisation on the level of:

• Operations
• Company policies
• The operator’s role in general
• Teambuilding

It provides a general and broad view of the organisation in total. Further, the training allows operators to effectively familiarise themselves with the organisation’s culture. Through team assignments, which will help new operators to get to know each other, their individual tasks and responsibilities and your organisation’s policies will be clarified.
Other subjects that will be addressed during this training are:

• HSE
• Risk management
• Legislation
• Human resources
• Competence policy
• Control of hydrocarbons under pressure
• PTWs etc.

A concluding management presentation by the new operators will be given in which they present how they see their role and responsibilities within your organisation.
