Safety Coach

The safety coach is outsourced for a temporary period to a client. During this period the safety coach improves the safety awareness of the client’s personnel in accordance with the client’s requirements. There is a strong interaction with personnel and contractors in order to work towards a positive safety culture and safe working environment.
Duties
Duties include:
- Conducting an intake interview with client representatives to determine expectations;
- Development of coaching plan in close cooperation with client;
- Conducting interviews within the client’s organisation to determine baseline awareness and safety culture;
- Conducting classroom sessions on relevant HSE topics;
- Onsite presence to conduct practical coaching;
- Reporting progress and discussing this with client representatives.
